As a realtor it’s great working with Lisa because I feel like I have backup on my deal. She always makes sure she does everything she can to make the deal go through. She always pick up the phone or get to me very quickly. She also seems to have every loan possible so she in kind of a swiss army knife a when it comes to financing. Highly recommend her for all residential homebuyers, especially FHA loans because Lisa is a FHA superstar.

Working with Lisa Ferrara in a nutshell is not wasting time. I like speed, prompt answers and efficiency. There’s no Sunday or a holiday for her. If i call or text she responds.
